Job Summary:
Blue Angel Roofing & General Contractors is seeking a seasoned Senior Residential Roofing Sales Manager to lead and mentor a growing sales team. In this role, you will oversee the training and development of 4-6 salespeople, while also managing your own roofing projects. With full control of your earnings, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of your team by maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering future leaders within the company.

- Lead, mentor, and train teams of salespeople, guiding them through the sales and project management process.
- Run leads and assist in selling, training the team by example through shadowing and real-world experience.
- Ensure team members meet KPIs, encouraging growth and development to build future managers.
- Oversee the entire roofing sales and installation process, from inspecting roofs and assessing damage to coordinating with subcontractors and clients.
- Manage relationships with insurance adjusters and ensure smooth claim processing.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide updates, and offer strategic guidance to improve performance.
- Climb roofs to inspect damage, and confirm all measurements using tools such as Eagleview.
- Be available for material runs and on-site troubleshooting to keep projects on track.
- Proven experience in the roofing or construction industry, with a strong understanding of the sales and installation process.
- Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on maintaining KPIs and driving results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Familiarity with insurance claims and working with adjusters is preferred.
- Self-motivated, hungry for success, and capable of managing your own schedule and earnings.
- Reliable vehicle (pickup truck preferred) and ladder (or telescoping ladder) to access roofs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites within the DFW area.
- Ability to pass a background check.
