Job Summary
The Senior Respiratory Product Manager with Product & Clinical expertise will work with the Marketing Director as part of the Marketing & Portfolio group to develop the go-to-market strategy and ensure its execution, train sales force, ensure field support, drive and monitor setup operations, after-sales support, post-launch product management and market growth.
Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)
Product Launch preparation and readiness:
- Market access assessment (patient pathway, clinical pathway, reimbursement status, etc.)
- Define go-to-market strategy based on clinical endorsement and clinical selling
- Will work with clinical specialists and KOL to promote the clinical applications
- Define channel strategy
- Work cross functionally to ensure operational market launch readiness, linking with manufacturing and operations to setup the right processes.
- Work on Product Launch Package and Assets
Downstream
- Participate in the elaboration of the go-to-market strategy and lead its execution and follow up
- Train the sales force and provide top-notch support
- Monitor and analyze performance, sales and growth; adapt strategy accordingly
- Provide market foresight and analysis
- Field visits for training and sales support at physicians and key opinion leaders
- Participate in organizing company events and tradeshows
- Create programs and initiatives (clinical selling and workshops) to drive awareness, adoption and sales
- Develop marketing digital initiatives and presence
Leadership
- Ability to work transversally and engage the different groups of the company (sales, clinical, technical, product development, manufacturing, operations, etc.)
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience (5+ years) within the homecare medical device field in product management and clinical selling of new-to-market clinical applications.
- Respiratory field experience required.
- Proficient working with field reps, persistent and able to create opportunities.
- Ability to interact with ease and comfort with healthcare professionals.
- Able to work effectively and autonomously.
- Able to adapt rapidly to changing environment.
- Able to work with an international team and environment.
- Entrepreneurial, independent, responsible, hands-on and goal oriented.

Qualifications (Experience and Education)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business/Product Management or in Biomedical Engineering, required.
- Previous field experience in respiratory care is required.
- Experience in product launch/product management is required.
- Experience in training and “clinical selling” for healthcare professionals, required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a product management position of a highly clinical product, required.
- Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
- Healthcare professional certification such as Respiratory Nurse or Respiratory Therapist preferred.
