WHAT IS THE MY OPPORTUNITY AT CONVERGE?
Our next ASenior Revenue Analyst will provide high-capacity leverage to our internal team by working with finance, management, people practices, and outside vendors/contractors.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is able to think and work collaboratively and independently, have excellent judgment, the ability to multi-task, be able to prioritize, and adhere to strict deadlines. Must have the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Requires good analytical and quantitative skills, as well as good excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full cycle accounting processes, with a focus on monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts for multiple entities in accordance with GAAP.
- Record accrual entries and reconcile activity related to the monthly and quarterly accounting close.
- Process accounts payable for operating expenses
- Assist with inter-company expense recording
- Prepare monthly revenue accounting and analysis for certain client contracts which includes revenue, contract asset and contract liability accounts, in accordance with ASC 606.
- Assist with the preparation of supporting schedules for incorporation into the company’s quarterly 10Q and annual 10K reports.
- Maintain integrity of data across various reporting dimensions including legal entity, business unit, market, contract, project, etc.
- Work with external auditors to provide information to facilitate the audit process as well as liaise with 3rd party consultants on accounting matters.
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships with others in and out of Accounting Department.
- Prepare monthly lease accounting and lease evaluations in Accordance with ASC 842
- Handle other duties and ad hoc projects, as needed
YOU ARE GOOD AT:

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred, or relevant work experience
- At least 5 years relevant accounting experience
- Ability to use PC applications including advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, functions, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting), and Word, and Email, Smartsheet, Jira
- Experience with enterprise resource planning software like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle JD Edwards is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
- Familiar with ASC 606 guidelines for revenue recognition
- Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures
- High energy, structured, and action-oriented

- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Strong analytical and process skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
