Senior RF System Architect - General Dynamics Mission Systems

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

• This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for New Hires Only

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Radio Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of advanced military communication systems. This role requires a deep understanding of military radio architecture, RF technologies, and secure communications to support mission-critical operations. As a senior systems architect for our Tactical Radio team, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for envisioning and realizing the next generation of tactical radios for the US Armed Forces.

• Architect radio communication systems tailored for military applications, ensuring interoperability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to integrate radio systems into broader military platforms.
• Oversee testing and validation of radio systems to ensure compliance with military standards and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and support during system integration and field deployment.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in military communications and radio systems.
