I. Job Summary
Ability to perform manual labor in confined spaces under direct supervision. Acts as a Team Lead of an assigned field technician crew
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Performs general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to:
+ Lifting and moving materials greater than 50lbs
+ Operating industrial vacuum equipment (guzzler)
+ Industrial cleaning of oil field equipment
+ The use of hand tools
+ Spending 50% of time in confined space ( including pits and Roll Off boxes)
+ Other activities in a helping or assisting mode.
As the Lead team member:
+ Transport Field Technicians to site via Company truck
+ Communicate issue back to Manager
+ Assign duties to others and give direction
+ Complete field job description documentation
+ Conducts other duties and tasks as assigned.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
+ Education: Not required
+ Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
+ Valid Drivers License
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
+ None required.

+ Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc) occasionally;
+ Required to exert physical effort in handling objects greater than __ pounds most of the work day;
+ Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc) occasionally;
+ Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the work day;
Normal setting for this job is: manual labor.
The expected salary range for this position is $22 - $24. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
