Senior Sales Account Executive

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 DOE

As a Logistics Consultant, you will manage the full sales process, including prospecting, conducting in-depth discovery meetings, and becoming a trusted advisor to prospective clients in need of freight forwarding services.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding role.
• Experience selling ocean and/or air services is a plus.
• Experience using ERP systems like CargoWise One is desirable.
• High emotional intelligence with a professional approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Build and expand your client base through prospecting, cold calls, networking events, and presentations.
• Present services such as Ocean and Air Import/Export, Warehousing and Distribution, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, and Cargo Insurance.
• Meet or exceed sales revenue targets as set by the management team.
• Partner with internal teams and overseas offices to ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend local client meetings and presentations to solidify relationships.

Compensation:

• $60,000 to $90,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions based on performance.
• Salary is dependent on industry knowledge and sales experience.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
