THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
We seek a passionate, organized, and proactive Senior Sales Account Manager whose mission is to provide sales growth. This is a remote position with occasional office visits. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm PST but are occasionally flexible if/when you have the need. Likewise, when things are super busy, pitching in extra with everyone else is expected.
Compensation is based on skills/experience with a salary range between $105,000.00 and $125,000.00 per year. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and service existing US and Canada retailer accounts as assigned.
- Act as the main point of contact internally and externally for accounts under management.
- Preparing and participate in US and Canada retailer product line reviews and account meetings.
- Support overall corporate strategic growth initiatives to meet short and long-term goals.
- Analyze account programs at the product level and in general overall to ensure profitable growth.
- Implement and schedule strategic promotions to drive additional growth within the category.
- Manage US and CA retail rep groups to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Maintain distribution audits of online product listings to keep both images and copy updated and accurate.
- Administer the NetSuite dealer account.
- Coordinate in store merchandising projects and displays.
- Assist in inventory allocation management.
- Establish and maintain an excellent rapport and business relationship with existing retailers.
- Provide direct support to company sales initiatives.
- Assist in MAP monitoring and enforcement.
- Attend tradeshows and other sales events.
- Perform project-oriented tasks for sales department such as product launches and price increases.
- Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams on company initiatives, advertising strategies and creation of digital assets.
- Work closely with the Operations department to ensure account’s logistics are operating smoothly.
- Responsible for leading new product launch communication, price increase implementation, and other duties as assigned for the Retail Sales Team.

- Adhere to Brondell’s Safety Protocols.
- All other duties assigned by the manager.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years direct account management of in store big box retail, preferably in home improvement.
- 7+ years sales experience selling consumer hardlines into retail channel independently.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) with sense of urgency approach with timely response to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to develop compelling customer presentations.
- Enthusiasm and engaging presence in all meetings.
- Independent problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to get the information needed for presentation materials quickly and accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Desire to succeed, tempered by maturity and a good sense of humor.
