SENIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR - American Rental Association - Partnership

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C., is hiring a Senior Sales Administrator for our Power Systems Division in Richmond, Virginia. The Senior Sales Administrator - Power Systems is responsible for managing PSD Sales invoice requests and customer deposits, managing and invoicing service miscellaneous sales, managing and optimizing CAT discounts, and providing departmental and interdepartmental support as needed. Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years sales support experience in a sales industry environment.

Requirements for the Senior Sales Administrator position include:

• Thorough understanding of power systems products and services, benefits, features, and applications.
• Must be able to handle high volume and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess ability to analyze and evaluate data to develop quotes.
• Must be proficient with MS-Office applications.
• Must be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Physical requirements must be met for the Senior Sales Administrator, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear.
