We are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to join our team in Bedford, MA office. In this newly created role, you will enable sales execution as a business partner to the Vice President of Sales, Americas.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce.com to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth
- Collect, organize and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and sales commissions
- Assist with administration of sales compensation plans
- Administer, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and sales contests
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representatives
- Prepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reports
- Develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, financial analysis or sales enablement
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com
- Ability to visualize data to tell a story that allows the end user to make informed decisions and take actions
- Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High degree of self-awareness and integrity
