SUMMARY :
The Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for selling pressure sensitive labels and associated products to various targeted markets. This role focuses on expanding the client base, deepening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales activities and solution-based consulting. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both the flexographic and digital label printing process, related market trends and will act as a trusted advisor to clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Identify prospective clients and the specific buyers’ sales targets.
+ Drive marketing efforts to educate buyers about GPG products and services
+ Actively network and advance new relationship opportunities
+ Provide technical assistance and coordinate solutions for key accounts.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent support, consultation, and presentation skills.
+ Coordinate sales efforts with other departments; ensure customer purchase and service requirements are being met.
+ Travel as needed to make regular visits to customers.
+ Oversee the sales process to meet or exceed annual volume and profit goals
+ Comply with company rules and regulations
+ Maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive data
+ Keep manager/supervisor informed of activities and situations that will impact the achievement of corporate or department goals and objectives
+ Perform other related duties as required to achieve the goals and objectives of the department and company
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+ years of experience in sales within the label or print industry.
+ Strong knowledge of label materials, printing techniques, and regulatory requirements.
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
+ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
+ Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
