About the Job
- Senior Salesforce will design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, leveraging OmniStudio, Health Cloud, Visualforce, Apex, Vlocity, and Lightning Components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead the development of healthcare-specific applications on Salesforce Health Cloud, optimizing for patient engagement, care management, and operational efficiency
- Customize and configure Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) for industry-specific needs
- Implement APIs and web services to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, such as Facets and other healthcare platforms
- Develop robust and scalable solutions using Apex for server-side logic and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for the front end
- As a Senior Salesforce, you will work closely with Salesforce Admins, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to automate development and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and fine-tune existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding and solution design
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Health Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and Agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, including security, data modeling, and integration patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to lead complex projects
- Proven ability to consume and integrate with REST/SOAP APIs
- Ability to work with healthcare data, ensuring HIPAA compliance and understanding healthcare workflows
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Developer, or Vlocity Certifications preferred
- Experience with MuleSoft, .NET, and Facets integration with Salesforce preferred
- Experience working with Mulesoft for API management and integration
- Knowledge of .NET for backend services and custom integration workflows
- Familiarity with Facets and its integration with Salesforce in healthcare applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
