Job Title: Program Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs that promote democracy and human rights.
• Conduct research and analysis on global freedom trends.
• Engage with stakeholders, including governments and NGOs, to advocate for policy changes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in advocacy or program management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
