Our team members are critical in our mission of supporting waste warriors and keeping communities safe and clean.** Location: Anywhere in the east or west coast regions (2 openings) The Senior Service Technician - Customer Support will assist internal and external customers by phone, email or in-person to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair refuse collection equipment. This role is primarily remote with regular travel within your respective East or West Coast region. Team members in this role enjoy: + **No More Major Overhauls:** Focus on suspension, electrical diagnosis, hydraulic repair and some welding. + **Direct Connections:** Work directly with the manufacturer with easy access to our engineering and manufacturing teams. + **Comprehensive Benefits:** Enjoy generous paid time off, paid parental leave, tuition assistance for career growth, disability insurance, 401(k) matching and more. + **Extra Travel Pay:** Travel up to 50% and receive a per diem of $40 - $65 (an extra $5 - $8/hour) a day when you travel. **YOUR IMPACT** + Support customers by troubleshooting technical issues on refuse vehicles and identifying actions to resolve them. + Communicate service-related documentation, such as field bulletins, information notices and product updates to customers. + Maintain professional relationships with customers and other departments. + Lead training sessions to help customers get the most out of their equipment. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Five (5) years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing vehicles or heavy/industrial equipment. + Ability to obtain a U.S. passport. **STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS** + Seven (7) years of relevant experience. + Experience in a contact center or hands-on equipment repair. + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. + Strong verbal or written communication skills. **Pay Range:** $63,500.00 - $101,700.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
