Job Summary:
& We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our DevOps team, dedicated to managing and supporting multiple ServiceNow environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and health of our platform through effective incident resolution, system maintenance, application development, and tier 3 support.
Key Responsibilities:
·& Maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
·& Provide Tier 3 support, assisting both operations and development teams with complex issues.
·& Develop and implement ITSM change management solutions and performance optimization strategies.
·& Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting and independent project management.
