Location: Milwaukee, WI or Remote (Open to remote, but should be available during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm Central Time and a L3/4 support escalation point in an on-call rotation. Local candidates do have access to the corporate environment, including lunch and our lab.)

What You Will Do:
- The ServiceNow senior engineer is part of the centralized solutions team, responsible for design and build of all things on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work comes in from a prioritized and groomed backlog and a mix of new capabilities, enhancements/refactoring, and bug remediation.
- Scope-wise, this includes ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM/APM, SIR, HRSD, and IRM/GRC.
- You don't need to be a subject matter expert in each module, but should have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and data relationships.
- This is the engineering team for ServiceNow - we are a centralized team of developers. It aligns to the ServiceNow platform owner, who also has accountabilities for release, and site reliability engineering specic to ServiceNow.
Skills and Experience:
- Pro-Code level, adhering to out of the box as much as possible, however designing and building solutions where they don't exist.
- Certied Application Developer (current and valid on Rome release)
- One or more Certied Implementation Specialist (current and valid on Rome release) - specic to Discovery, Risk & Compliance, Security Incident Response, Service Mapping, Asset Management (Software or Hardware) and Vendor Risk Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related eld, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- API creation (REST) and Integration Hub.
- 4-5 years of professional experience required.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience working with ServiceNow (administrator to engineer, or hands-on leader)
- Capable of communicating between product, engineering, and the business.
- Experience with SDLC.
- Working knowledge of agile tooling and pulling of backlog
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to dig into details, learn, ask questions, and become the "go to expert " on certain concepts and topics.
- Gitlab CI experience - using repositories as a means to manage ServiceNow update sets.
