About the Role:
Black Fox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and support of SharePoint solutions that enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SharePoint applications. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of SharePoint development, a collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications that integrate with other Microsoft products.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on SharePoint best practices and strategies.
- Analyze user needs and business requirements to design and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Support the daily use and enhancement of existing SharePoint sites.
- Contribute to the development of an enterprise-wide SharePoint strategy and framework.
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support.
- Document code, workflows, and system processes.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Create and deliver presentations to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in SharePoint development and system administration.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps integration, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks.
- Experience with systems development methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid position requiring:
- Two (2) days per week remote work at a suitable location (subject to approval).
- Three (3) days per week onsite.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to report onsite within 24 hours if needed.
- Remote work must be performed within the United States.
- Standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
