As a Senior Shopper Insights Manager, (individual contributor) you’ll be in integral part of an insights team with an insatiable curiosity to understand the omni-shopper and an unyielding passion to win in the marketplace. You’ll lead Shopper Insights for our Amazon and Costco businesses, requiring high levels of influence, collaboration, and strategy-building with internal stakeholders & external retailer partners. You will report into the Field Shopper Insights Senior Team Leader.
In this role you will:
Collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholder and decision-making groups including: Retail Customers, Customer Development, Category Management, BU Sales, Marketing, Insights & Analytics
Develop and apply deep, data-driven shopper understanding to diagnose and solve complex problems through both sales/shopper analytics knowledge and custom research expertise
Influence internal partners and retailers with data-driven insights
Elevate the impact of insights, with your expertise of synthesizing multiple data sources and story-tell a clear, compelling narrative to inspire & drive action

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in research, marketing or quantitative analysis or related field
5+ years of consumer/shopper research experience, inclusive of analytics or custom research
Digital commerce / total commerce research expertise
Experience transforming multiple sources of data into actionable insights for Sales/Marketing
Expertise in custom research/vendor project management
Proficiency in household panel and POS analysis
Clearly and precisely communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups
Create professional and persuasive PowerPoint presentations incorporating data, relevant insights and information; visual aids, charts, tables, graphs and short video clips
Build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout organization and with customers
Ability for limited domestic travel 10-15%
Preferred:
MBA or other Master’s degree with a concentration in research, marketing or quantitative analysis or related field
Proven success working with CPG business teams to activate insights with retailers
Creation and execution of annual learning plan and research vendor management
