Sr Site Work Estimator Opportunity

SNI Companies has been retained to assist in filling a Sr Site Work Estimator role for a growing construction/site development company in Timonium, MD. This is a full-time/direct hire opportunity with great benefits offered.

Targeting Base Salary: $95k- $115k or so (negotiable and based on experience)
Work Schedule: Onsite

Summary: Create/manage complete site work estimates to include everything from clearing, grading and underground utilities to curb, paving and storm water management.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience of estimating/bidding experience.
• Experience with new site development including water, sewer, storm drain, grading, and paving.
• Great communication skills, be proficient with a computer, and know how manage client relationships.
