As the Senior Software Analyst, you are responsible for providing project management and business requirements analysis for the Retail Application Management product's application(s) and projects, which are delivered within the context of an agile/DevOps delivery model. You will utilize the BMW Agile Working Model processes to direct the execution of IT related projects and manage their delivery. You will coordinate business, IT and external resources to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient projects to ensure project success. You will manage key project management processes and develop and deliver artifacts to ensure successful project delivery.
In the role, you will build a strong understanding of the assigned business processes, functions, roles, and rules, ultimately owning the functional solution- the big picture story - of the initiative being delivered. You will collaborate with the Business to elicit requirements, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog. You will create and oversee the creation of user stories to the level of granularity required by the team.
You will ensure deliverables are tested against a user story's acceptance criteria to validate the delivered product meets the business goals. In addition, you will coordinate the agile delivery process, leading the Agile team in the adoption and execution of Agile processes, planning, and facilitating key Agile events. You will also collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the Product backlog clearing obstacles and enabling the efforts of the scrum team.

The pay range for this role is: $91,490.00 - $107,635.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical / business field or similar educational standing or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of progressively increasing professional experience in IT, with at least:
- 3+ years in a senior level role and
- 2+ years in business analysis/requirements management and/or project management.
- 1+ years managing Agile projects.
