- Developing critical path delivery plans for prospective software engagements to ensure efficient project execution.
- Providing support to Business Development/Account Management teams in closing software sales opportunities.
- Creating kickoff materials, such as scope and delivery walkthroughs, request for information, and meeting plans, to set the stage for successful project launches
- Leading software kickoff meetings for customer stakeholders, effectively introducing delivery projects and expectations.
- Assisting customers in identifying customer champions for each software feature and sources of data, facilitating effective communication.
- Guiding the Discovery process in collaboration with Radian software and customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), eliciting functional, data, and control requirements.
- Documenting requirements and maintaining organized Discovery folders in the corporate file management system.
- Initiating and managing Request for Information (RFI) processes, analyzing customer-delivered data to meet Discovery objectives.
- Drafting, gathering internal feedback, and publishing Software Specifications, coordinating revisions and obtaining customer approval.
- Collaborating with the internal team to develop comprehensive Project Plans.
- Advocating for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the software delivery process.
- Coordinating and leading the delivery of each software feature and data, including Beta evaluations, training, and engagement activities.
- Guiding customers through the software acceptance process, ensuring final acceptance for each software feature.
- Providing primary support to customers until software feature acceptance is achieved.
- Coordinating and supporting internal handoff to the Customer Success team upon the successful acceptance of software features.
- Experience working in renewable energy industry required.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with software delivery and acceptance processes is highly desirable.
- Understanding of SaaS cloud-delivered software, data integration and remote collaboration.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in document management and organization.
- Experience working cross-functionally in both technical and non-technical team settings.
- Excellent technical communication skills (verbal, written) for range of audience (low-tech to high-tech).
- Be able to both lead and take direction as an effective team player.
The pay range for this role is:
75,911 - 108,445 USD per year(United States)
