Senior Software Developer-Hybrid/Boston

We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer to join our client to help them build out internal systems for Private, Strategic, and Corporate Systems business units. This is a full time role based in their Boston, MA headquarters Hybrid 3 days in office. Salary is based on experience and targeted in the $130-150K base salary + bonus range.

NO C2C candidates will be considered!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and systems.
• Implement robust front-end and back-end solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.

Technology Experience:

• Expertise in AWS services (RDS, Lambda, SNS, SQS), AWS EKS/Fargate configuration, Docker, Python, JavaScript, Terraform.
• Proficiency in React/Redux or similar front-end development.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Extensive full-stack development experience.
• Strong command of software design and architectural patterns.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and understand business requirements.
• Self-directed, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
