Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of both coding and team management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience mentoring and motivating teams.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, and related technologies.
Knowledge of specific video streaming and conferencing systems, digital solutions, and relevant technical protocols is highly desirable.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience making strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setup.
Willingness to be based near or relocate to one of the company’s designated locations.
Additional Skills:
Experience in markets such as education, government, or sports is a plus.
Ability to identify technology and vendor partners aligned with organizational objectives.
