Java Engineer to their team
The team is responsible for building out a recommendation application which makes suggestions to consumers based on their previous purchase history


They are looking for a Sr
Java Engineer to join their team- you will be working on building new features for this specific application
There are a variety of different opportunities to incorporate big data work/tooling on as well within this specific team
Ideal candidates have strong Java/Springboot fundamentals, as well as experience with cloud deployments and big data tooling (Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra)


Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Java, Springboot, Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with big data tooling (Hadoop, Cassandra, Spark)
• Experience with SQL
• Strong ability to communicate cross-functionally
• Prior experience in the retail/e-commerce space
