Responsibilities
- Take ownership of building a performant, well-tested, intuitive UX/UI with a strong architecture.
- Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to design APIs that align with customer needs.
- Communicate trade-offs between speed, scope, and quality in decision-making as a senior team member.
- Solve complex problems and adapt to new technologies, while guiding junior developers in best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, high-quality software, and iterative development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development; strong individual contributor with team leadership tendencies.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (TypeScript, CSS, React/Next.js); interest in SvelteKit is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD for front-end code.
- Passion for great UX/UI design, attention to detail, and understanding of usability issues.
- Proven track record of owning features from concept to launch and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong grasp of algorithmic complexity, TypeScript, and functional programming principles; a computer science or mathematics background is ideal.
