Senior Software Engineer - Java - Perceptive Recruiting

Senior Java Software Engineer position open in Greenville, SC for a skilled Java enterprise developer. Direct-hire role for a growing company with a great team culture! You will be participating in architecture, design, development and deployment.

Visa sponsorship not available. Must relocate to Greenville area if out of town. Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
•           Design, develop, test, and deploy code
•           Participate in the code review process and provide input to team
•           Work with business users, SMEs, project or product managers and stakeholders

Requirements
•           5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot
•           Experience with a front-end framework like React, Vue, or Angular.
•           Demonstrable proficiency with SQL, Postgres databases
•           Familiarity with a CI/CD platform (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, Octopus/etc...)
•           Knowledge of design patterns and rchitectures (MVC, Microservice, SOA, monolith)
  
Desired skills
•           Familiarity with Kubernetes
•           Familiarity with a cloud orchestration platform (AWS, GKE, Azure, etc…)
