This role will be responsible for driving the architecture and optimizations that enable us to visualize and interact with large scale simulation data
At Applied Intuition, we encourage all engineers to take ownership over technical and product decisions, interact closely with users to collect feedback, and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture.At Applied Intuition, you will:Build and drive new product features from inception to launchProactively identify and implement improvements to the product surface areaDesign large scalable systems within a team of talented engineersCollaborate with the Design and Product team to ship complex features and delightful interfacesMaintain and develop a culture of engineering excellence for the product and codebaseWe're looking for someone who has:Extensive experience with browser-based computer graphics, game engines (Unity, Unreal Engines…), or related systemsStrong Typescript and/or C++ knowledge and ability to program and architect various core engine systemsStrong understanding of WebGL, Three.js (or comparable), shadersUS Citizen, able to obtain clearanceNice to have:Experience with front-end or API layer frameworks (such as React, GraphQL)Experience working with autonomous vehicle systems or simulation softwareThe salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually
