About the Job
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of software engineering experience
- 5 years of experience analyzing complex business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability.
- 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- 2 years of experience working with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies
- 2 years of experience supporting relational database systems
- Available to work after hours and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Developer
- ITIL certification or general knowledge in v3 or higher
- Experience migrating individual ITSM products (Incident Management, CMDB, Change Management, and Request Management) into ServiceNow
