Senior Software Engineering Test Manager Location- Hybrid Role- 3 days into the office- Minneapolis MN Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
• 8-10 years of Test Manager experience
• UI and API Testing experience Roles and Responsibilities: Drive Program Test Strategy Drive Program Test Management Drive Automation Test Strategy (Both Web & API Automation) with strong Hands-on Experience Able to derive effective Regression Strategy End to End validations strategies & execution Must have Skills: Web Automation (Javascript based preferably) API Automation (Rest-assured or any other tool) Strong Test Management skills Work Authorization
  • Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $92,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
