Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the digital transformation roadmap for clients, ensuring alignment with JSR's core service offerings and the unique demands of healthcare and life sciences.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Develop comprehensive architecture frameworks and technology solutions, leveraging cloud-based platforms, advanced data analytics, and Generative AI to support quality assurance, compliance, clinical workflows, and patient engagement.
- Generative AI Innovation: Design and deploy Generative AI solutions tailored to healthcare and life sciences applications, such as drug discovery, predictive analytics for clinical trials, medical imaging, patient engagement, and personalized treatment pathways.
- Project Oversight & Governance: Lead technical project teams in agile project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite clients to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Identify and integrate emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, within MedTech, clinical trials, and regulatory landscapes to drive client innovation and market differentiation.
- Data Strategy & Analytics: Oversee advanced data analytics initiatives, focusing on predictive analytics, business intelligence (BI), and data warehousing, including data enrichment capabilities with Generative AI for deeper insights.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor junior architects and technical staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting continuous learning.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, IT strategy, or related roles, with a focus on digital transformation in the healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Proven experience managing global technology projects from conception to deployment and support, with expertise in cloud platforms, data analytics, and Generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Microsoft, Salesforce, Atlassian, Veeva, and Generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google's BERT, or similar).
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and infrastructure deployment design.
- Strong command of data architecture, including SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing, with proficiency in integrating Generative AI models for healthcare applications.
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and Generative AI frameworks, particularly within the context of healthcare data, clinical trials, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA requirements.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information for executive-level clients.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and strategic thinker with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting complex system issues and optimizing performance.
- Experience in MedTech or clinical trial operations, especially within translational medicine or early-phase clinical development.
- Prior experience as a Chief Technical Officer or equivalent, particularly in boutique consulting or healthcare, with practical knowledge of deploying Generative AI solutions in life sciences.
- Led technical proof of concepts (PoCs) to ensure the feasibility of AI-driven architecture solutions, focusing on advanced analytics, AI algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
