Senior Staff Accountant - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Ledgent is partnering with our client in the aerospace industry in Branford, CT to find a Senior Staff Accountant. This role reports directly to the Cost Accounting Manager & plays an important part in the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. We are looking for hard-working, roll-up-your-sleeves attitudes for this permanent opportunity.

Salary: $90,000-110,000/annually

Location: Branford, CT (Hybrid - 1 day WFH)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with department managers on budgeting & forecasting
• Assist with inventory/cost analysis
• Prepare & record journal entries into GL
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• BS Accounting/Finance
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace or related industry
• Proficiency in multiple ERP systems with intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
