A distributor in the Inland Empire is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and supporting month-end close. What do you need for this Senior Staff Accountant role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel
- CPA Candidate or license
- Support month end close
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Analyze internal controls
- Assist with accounting policy creation and implementation
- Support the annual financial statement audit
- Maintain the general ledger
- Prepare tax filings and related compliance
