Senior Staff Accountant - Strategic Employment

This small, innovative bank is hiring a Senior Staff Accountant who will handle accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly financial close activities. You will support accurate financial reporting, transaction processing, and reconciliation efforts in a tight-knit, growth-oriented team. Position is full-time, direct hire with remote flexibility. 

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel and general ledger functions
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with capital leases or investment portfolio management
• Exposure to accounts payable processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems
