As the Senior Staffing Account Manager at our client, you’ll manage key accounts, lead strategic growth initiatives, and work with a high-performing recruiting team to deliver exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their staffing needs, business challenges, and long-term goals. You’ll maintain proactive communication to stay ahead of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts, developing strategies for account growth. You’ll build long-term partnerships, cross-sell staffing solutions, and grow revenue by delivering high-value services.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates that meet both the technical and cultural needs of the client. You’ll monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure that expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Provide strategic consultation to clients on staffing trends, market conditions, and workforce planning. You’ll advise on the best staffing strategies, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements, and ensure that the solutions align with the client’s business goals.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring that terms are beneficial for both the client and the company. You’ll oversee contract renewals, billing, and compliance, ensuring that all aspects of the agreement are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Mentor and support junior account managers, sharing best practices for account growth, client engagement, and problem-solving. You’ll lead by example, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment within the team.
- Track account performance metrics, such as client retention, revenue growth, and service quality. You’ll provide regular reports to leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and demonstrating the value of the staffing partnership.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Client Relationship Expertise: Deep expertise in managing and nurturing client relationships, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs. You’re skilled at providing tailored staffing solutions that align with client business goals.
- Strategic Account Management: Proven experience in growing accounts and delivering high-value staffing services. You’re adept at identifying growth opportunities, cross-selling services, and expanding relationships within key accounts.
- Staffing Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment landscape, including sourcing, placement, and workforce planning. You’re comfortable discussing technical and non-technical roles with clients and recruiting teams.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Experience in negotiating contracts, handling renewals, and managing billing and compliance. You’re skilled at creating win-win agreements that meet client expectations and company objectives.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior account managers. You lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in senior-level account management and staffing is also valued.
- Certifications in HR, staffing, or sales (e.g., Certified Staffing Professional) are a plus. If you’ve completed leadership or strategic account management training, that’s an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in staffing or account management, with at least 3 years in a senior account management role. You’ve successfully grown key accounts and built long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of client accounts in industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Experience working in fast-paced staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or HR consulting companies.
