That’s where you come in.DESCRIPTIONPontera is seeking a Senior Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM2) to own the onboarding, maintenance, and expansion of key relationships with Enterprise partners
The ideal candidate has experience driving revenue for a product or technology provider in the Financial Services industry through channel partnerships, key account relationships, and outbound sales strategies
The role is highly strategic, and involves coordinating firm resources across marketing, pre and post sales, product, and customer success to drive adoption, avoid churn, and ultimately delight our enterprise clients

RESPONSIBILITIESOwn relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers at partner firms, meeting in person when needed at their office or industry eventsProactively and opportunistically identify opportunities to expand our business and deepen relationships with Enterprise partnersWork cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success (CS) to build and execute onboarding strategies with large enterprise clientsHelp develop and refine partner firm launch programs in collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success to build training programs, assets, activities, announcements, and more.
