Senior Strategy and Change Management Consultant
Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking a self-motivated candidate for a Senior Strategy and Change Management consultant role. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise and implement innovative business solutions for a current government client. We are looking for a candidate who has strong problem solving and critical thinking skills who will fit with our collaborative culture. The position will be remote, and the hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00 to 4:30 EST.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and implement an organizational strategic vision and framework for agency’s property management entities
- Plan, develop, and maintain strategic roadmap and key performance metrics for property management entities
- Monitor, manage, and report status of agency’s Property Management Portfolio to executives
- Implement strategic planning and project management initiatives for agency’s property systems and operations
- Identify, assess, and implement business process optimization opportunities for agency’s property management entities
- Develop and implement change management strategies related to leadership priorities, business plan objectives, or customer needs
- Define objectives, targets, and metrics for the communication goals of agency leadership
- Address challenges related to the adoption and embracing of desired organizational future state
- Develop, review, and present agency communications
- Develop, monitor, and report on Communication Plans to achieve strategic goals
- Manage and facilitate agency’s real property governance body including communications and meeting management
- Conduct research and develop recommendations for real property that may impact policy or outcomes
- Develop strategies for and support execution of agency-wide change management events and engagements
- Recommend and implement business process innovations
- Develop and execute senior leadership briefings, presentations, and reports
- Use metrics to identify correlation between drivers and results, and using that information to drive the right behaviors
Qualifications and Education:
- Ten (10) or more years of related experience in strategic planning and change management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expert in PowerPoint and Word
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Visio
- At least three (3) years’ experience in the development of process flow diagrams
- Proven track record of on-time delivery of projects
- A proven record of managing and delivering cross team work products with strong focus on efficiency and operational excellence
- Record of applying metrics and decision making
- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to engage with product customers and gather, manage, and monitor client requirements
- Must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. WITH ability to pass public trust clearance

- Development of SmartSheets
- Familiarity with Jira
- Master of Business Administration
- Six Sigma or LEAN certification(s)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification by Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP)
- Prosci Change Management Certification
