Description:
Immediate need for two Structural Engineers for design of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and specialty structures, as well as pipe and civil engineering design of wastewater facilities, sewers, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the effort in the development of structural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate structural portion of the project between the different disciplines.
• Attendance at internal project meetings.
• Prepare calculations for renovations as well as new construction.
• Review shop drawings as well as other design services during the construction process.

Job Requirements:

• 8 years + experience in Structural Engineering and Design related to wastewater treatment plants, buildings, and specialty industrial structures.
• BS Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on Structural Engineering.
• Understanding of building codes and references.
• Knowledge of construction drawing standards.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Attention to detail; highly organized.
• Self-starter; able to multitask.

BS in Civil/Structural Engineering with an emphasis on Structural
