Responsibilities:

• Manage projects
• Design structural systems of cast-in-place and precast concrete, structural steel, masonry and wood framing for a variety of healthcare, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, mixed-use and institutional buildings
• Perform full range of construction administration tasks: RFI’s, submittal review, site observation visits
• Responsible charge of major projects from the technical, financial, and schedule perspectives
• Organize and execute structural design efforts for multiple simultaneous projects
• Carry project through completion

Requirements:

• B.S. Engineering/Structural or related field
• PE preferred / EIT required / SE Preferred
• 5 years of experience in the structural design of building projects
• Working knowledge of RISA 3D, RAM Structural System and AutoDesk Revit 
• Knowledgeable in consulting and construction practices associated with design/bid/build, design/build and construction manager roles and responsibilities
