Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in structural/civil/architectural engineering

Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering related to evaluating and rehabilitating existing structures, primarily concrete

Hold a professional license or have the capacity to acquire a license in the state of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland

Technically proficient in structural analysis and design of a broad range of construction materials and methods, particularly concrete.

Strong technical communication skills, both verbal and written

Adept in working with and interpreting structural analytical and design software

Proficient ability in AutoCAD or Revit

Preferred Skills and Interests

A Master’s degree is preferred

Experience working with parking garages and concrete repair experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Sitting or standing for extended periods of time

Able to ride suspended scaffolding and work from heights
