Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience
Job Description:
Wall Brothers Construction is seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in heavy commercial and government construction projects. This role requires proficiency in Bluebeam, ProCore, or similar software, and the flexibility to travel as needed. The Senior Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to schedule and budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor on-site teams, including subcontractors and construction workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with contract specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and safety records.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Travel: Be flexible and willing to travel to various job sites as required.
- 10-15 years of experience in heavy commercial and government construction projects.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, ProCore, or similar construction management software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
