Senior Superintendent and Mid-Level Superintendent's needed in North Dallas area near Farmer's Branch.
Projects depend on experience. We have a smaller grocery stores and larger footprint stores. So specific projects you'll work depends on capability.
Pay is $85-125 depending on experience. $1000 truck allowance. Bonus 2-3 weeks pay typically. $500 a month has card. Tolls reimbursed also.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily jobsite activities across multiple projects.
- Implement and monitor jobsite safety programs, ensuring timely safety reports.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
- Promote employee safety and enforce site cleanliness standards.
- Report any accidents promptly to the Safety Team.
- Communicate labor and material requirements to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate daily time records and assign cost centers for each employee.
- Properly code materials to the appropriate cost centers.
- Prepare and maintain daily job reports.
- Review shop drawings for contract compliance and field dimensions.
- Manage and update jobsite "record set" drawings.
