Location: This hybrid position requires both remote and client site presence. The Candidate must live within 2 hours of Chamblee, GA, and New Carrollton, MD.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in large enterprises. Must have hands-on back-end system administration functions. The networks/systems support a Federal Agency Contact Center Environment used for the transmission of information in voice, data and or internet formats. Long-term contract position. Hourly rate based on applicable experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert-level Windows Server environments experience including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server management.
- Expert-level VMWare experience in asset allocation, deployment, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Expert-level experience with SQL skills, including query writing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Expert-level experience with technical questions related to MySQL (Community Edition), including answering questions about functionality (including data replication and partitioning), and providing guidance on best practices. Experience troubleshooting and debugging issues with the database, including issues with performance, connectivity, and data integrity.
- Expert-level systems security experience.
- Expert-level networking experience.
- Expert-level Azure directory and GPO policy experience.
- Expert-level Microsoft software support experience.
- Expert-level Server application support experience.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Must have worked in an Enterprise-wide Contact Center Environment.
- Worked with Cisco IOS-XE and Cisco Unified SIP Proxy-related devices and understand how they interact with the Cisco UCCE platform.
- Working knowledge of Contact Center protocols (Such as SIP, RTP, and RTCP).
- Working knowledge of UCCE integration with Active Directory.
- Integration of Cisco Enterprise Chat and Email solutions with UCCE.
- Integration of Contact Center Artificial Intelligence with UCCE.
- Familiarity with eGain integration with Cisco ICM.
- Federal experience preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. An additional 10 years of experience in a large enterprise server environment may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Will require a High-Risk Minimum Background Investigation interim government clearance to start work.
- Experience with large data in an Enterprise-wide Contact Center Environment.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship-building skills & communication skills.
- Must be able to think strategically, act tactically, and deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines; must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, including executives, senior management, operations personnel, and executive level communication.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
