Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize our server infrastructure, consisting of approximately 900 virtual servers and a minimal number of physical servers.
• Cloud Migration: Oversee the strategic migration of our customer environment to the cloud, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to services.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on virtualized environments.
• Proven expertise in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• In-depth knowledge of DNS protocols and configuration.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Scripting and Automation: Develop and implement scripts using various scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• DNS Management: Configure and maintain our DNS infrastructure to ensure accurate and reliable name resolution.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing technical issues and proactively anticipating their needs.
