About the Job
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting services and technical infrastructure primarily on an Intel, Windows, Azure, and VMware platform
- Perform break/fix and root cause analysis for service interruption and recovery
- Participate in the planning and implementing policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance are consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshooting and follow up to ensure resolution
- Task automation using scripting
- Administration of IIS including SSL certificates
- Administration of SAN infrastructure
- Perform operating system configuration and tuning, hardware break/fix and performance troubleshooting of server hardware
- Daily backups on Rubrik and Azure
- Establishes and maintains user accounts
- Add, delete, or change privileges for users in various applications; Investigate and resolve user access issues
- Installs, upgrades, configures, tests, and supports Windows 2016, 2019 and 2022
- Installs, upgrades, configures, tests, and supports MS SQL 2019 and 2022
- Reviews performance and system logs
- Configure and manage O365 environments
- Performs and responds to system monitoring alerts
- Support periodic on call responsibilities in support of 24 x 7 environment
- Respond to service tickets, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems
Requirements:
- BS degree in Technology area is preferred
- Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred
- Networking certification is preferred
- Storage certification is preferred
- Virtualization certification is preferred
- Experience with dealing directly with service providers
- Experience with server patching, software distribution and provisioning
- Must have a strong background in Windows engineering, VMware, and Azure
- High-degree of technical knowledge related to hardware and software is required including Microsoft Azure, IIS, EDR platforms, Window Operating Systems (2016, 2019, 2022), TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and storage environments
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS and Group Policy
- Good working knowledge of VMware ESX
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration and security
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Mobile device management software
- Ability to troubleshoot and block spam messages
- Ability to administer enterprise switches and firewalls
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
