Come build your career with us.BAE Systems is looking for a an experienced, self-motivated Senior Systems Engineer to work on a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile, fast-paced development environment. The qualified candidate will support the development and implementation of the Unified Data Library (UDL).Assigned tasks may include analysis of needs, the development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), working with customers and other team members, preparing user interface mock-ups, technical documentation in Jira and confluence, generation of agile capabilities & user stories, backlog prioritization and management, sprint planning, customer engagement, close interaction with software and system test engineers on the team to achieve program objectives. Perform analysis and tasks at concurrent stages to include technical planning, system design, software implementation, system integration, verification and validation. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
