Junior Partner Program:

Are you a seasoned tax professional with a strong foundation in the field, eager to advance your career? Our Junior Partner Program is designed for high-performing individuals who aspire to become leaders in the Tax space. This structured, multi-step career development plan offers a clear path from Senior Tax Associate to Junior Partner.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who truly wants to be a leader in the industry. You'll have the chance to work directly with clients, further developing your skill set and gaining hands-on experience. In addition, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with a Tax Partner, who will provide mentorship and support to guide you on your path to partnership.

Responsibilities: not all included

• Review tax returns, identify tax planning opportunities.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Tax research, ensuring accuracy, project management.
• Ensuring clients stay in compliance across the board.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA or EA designation or in progress.
• Demonstrated technical competence, professionalism, teamwork, and communication skills.
