- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts (1041, LLC, S-Corp returns, Partnership).
- Conduct complex tax research and prepare documentation for tax positions.
- Analyze financial operations and advise on tax implications.
- Implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in tax legislation, and ensure company's compliance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. A CPA or Master’s degree in Taxation is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on 1041, LLC, S-Corp returns, and Partnership.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with tax preparation software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
