Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on tax and accounting matters.
- Address client inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional support.
- Proactively recognize client needs and suggest value-added solutions to enhance their financial operations and tax strategies.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
- Stay current with changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and effectively communicate updates to the team and clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax filing deadlines and reporting obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification highly desirable.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in tax planning, compliance, and accounting within a professional services firm or corporate tax department.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in tax return preparation and financial reporting.
- Strong client service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
