About the Job
Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst. In this role you will perform a range of tasks primarily in the areas of tax provision and compliance.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end global tax provisions
· Maintain and prepare support schedules for financial statement presentation of income taxes for the quarterly and annual SEC filings
· Assist with ASC 740 analysis
· Prepare US consolidated federal and state income tax returns
· Prepare and review book/tax differences for the preparation of US income tax returns.
· Prepare international tax forms associated with US federal tax filings
· Participate in special projects including transfer pricing, global tax planning, and other domestic and international income tax issues (as time permits).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Accounting; MST and/or CPA preferred
· 4+ years of relevant tax experience working in a public accounting firm (big 4 preferred) or in a tax department for a large public company

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
