Position: Senior Tax Associate

About the Role: They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing tax planning and compliance services, and mentoring junior staff. You’ll work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and develop strategies to optimize client tax positions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of tax experience in a public accounting environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
