Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Senior Tax Attorney to provide strategic legal counsel across corporate, real estate, and M&A tax matters. This role offers opportunities to engage with nonprofit tax law, guide clients through audits, and support tax planning and compliance. With potential for Senior Associate or Partner track, this position is ideal for a motivated attorney seeking growth and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate and real estate tax matters
  
• Advise on tax planning, compliance, and transactional strategies
  
• Collaborate with M&A teams to manage tax implications for acquisitions and mergers
  
• Offer nonprofit tax law guidance when applicable
  
• Assist clients with audit processes and complex tax issues
  
• Build client relationships and support the firm’s continued growth through engagement and collaboration
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and bar admission in the relevant state(s)
  
• 5+ years of experience (Senior Associate) or 10+ years (Partner) in tax law
  
• Expertise in corporate, real estate, or M&A tax
  
• Experience in nonprofit tax law is a plus
